Responsibilities
As an Area Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include:

Staff Management: Responsible for the hiring, disciplining, and firing of all on-site cleaning staff.

Logistics and Reporting: Responsible for maintaining and reporting the property's weekly labor hours on a day-to-day basis to SAF Cleaning Services and the client.

Supply Management: Responsible for ordering all necessary cleaning supplies and materials.

Payroll: Responsible for all of their employees' pay and processing timecards as well as payroll change requests.

Quality Control: Responsible for conducting inspections and visiting at least 3 to 4 properties a day.

Staff Oversight: Responsible for the on-site cleaning staff, ensuring they have the proper uniform, and that their application is turned into the corporate office. Ensuring all employees can clock in and out on a day-to-day basis

Weekend Schedule: Required to work every weekend. If the supervisor works Saturday, they are on-call Sunday, and vice-versa. Supervisors are on-call on Sunday following a payroll Saturday.

Holiday On-Call: Must be on-call only for emergency visits on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, notifying the Accounts Manager if an emergency occurs.
What You Bring to Us

Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including making critical decisions regarding hiring, discipline, and termination when needed.

Exceptional organizational skills necessary to handle staff payroll and accurate daily labor hour reporting.

Strong commitment to quality control and a proactive approach to conducting daily property inspections.

The ability to manage complex schedules and logistics required for visiting multiple properties daily.

Flexibility and reliability to maintain availability on weekends and major holidays for on-call emergencies.
Salary Range
$44,200 - $50,000 USD
